No question about our number one here. These speakers from Kenwood are some of the most highly-rated 4X10 speakers on the market. They’re designed to deliver on all fronts, easily making them the top pick for most people.

The pair delivers great mids and highs for their size. Be warned: if you’re a serious basshead, you might need to consider bass blockers and a subwoofer for low bass and heavy-bass sound at higher volume as these speakers’s bass output isn’t anything to write home about. However, for their size, they’re indisputably giving you a lot of bang for your buck.

These 4X10 Kenwood speakers are featured with injection-molded poly woofers with foam surround and 2-3/8″ polyamide balanced dome tweeter.

They can handle up to 40 watts RMS and boast a 91dB sensitivity which makes them quite efficient. Thus, these speakers will sound great whether they’re powered by a factory radio or an aftermarket car stereo. However, for optimal sound output, pair them up to an external amplifier.

The TS-A4103 from Pioneer are superb. With their excellent build quality, and immersive audio, they are undoubtedly the best 4X10 car speakers solution available at this price point.

These 2-way speakers are an excellent option by one of the most recognized names in the business. With a sensitivity rating of 91 db and peak power handling that measures a whopping 120 watts (35 watts RMS), these speakers are some of the most powerful options in this size and category.

Pioneer TS-A4103 speakers are designed to be a high-quality replacement for the 4″x10″ factory speakers. They can deliver crisp, full sound thanks to their setup which consists of IMPP (Injection Molded Polypropylene) woofer cones and paper cone tweeters.

As with most small-sized car speakers, Pioneer TS-A4103 are a bit lacking in terms bass output. So, consider a subwoofer if you often listen to heavy bass tracks.

Size 4″ x 10″
Design 2-way

Power Handling

Kicker is a benchmark name in car audio, and the 44KSC41004 speakers are among the company’s best 4X10 speakers. These speakers sport 88dB sensitivity and can handle a whopping 75 watts of power on continuous basis.

Each speaker features 4″x10″ polypropylene woofer cone supported by durable rubber surround which allow for full midbass and midrange sonic experience. A 1/2″ silk balanced dome tweeter for subtle vocal and instrumental details, not to mention a low mounting profile making these speakers a match for almost any car out there.

The only downfall with these speakers is the lack of bass. It’s not really Kicker’s fault but it’s more a speaker design flaw. I would definitely recommend these speakers for a great upgrade over OEM speakers.
