These speakers are a bit expensive, however they’re designed and built from the ground up with quality in mind. They’re featured with carbon-injected Plus One™ woofer cone supported with butyl rubber surround. These woofers are designed with JBL’s unique Plus One woofer technology which is a way used to expand the diaphragm area of the cone to give you better low-frequency response.

As for the highs, Kenwood KFC-1395PS 5-1/4″ speakers use 1-3/16″ tweeter and 1/2″ supertweeter. And in order to improve the progression into the higher frequencies, these speakers employ an Acoustic Sound Harmonizer which improves response in the 3000 to 4000 Hz range.

Kenwood KFC-1395PS speakers can handle up to 40 watts RMS and are rated for a sensitivity rating of 85dB.
